Check-in: from 4:00 PM | Check-out: by 11:00 AM. Minimum age: 16 years.\u00a0 Non-smoking property only.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Free Wi-Fi is available in public areas and rooms. No on-site parking.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

5.\u202fLocal Tax\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

Applicable local tourist tax: 4\u202fEUR\/person\/night (max. 7 nights) for guests over 13\u00a0 years old.<\/span><\/p>\n

6.\u202fCancellation & Modifications\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

Cancellation policies depend on the booked rate. Free cancellation must be made\u00a0 within the period indicated on the booking confirmation.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

No smoking indoors. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the room or\u00a0 facilities. Respect and quiet are required in common areas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The BmyT is not responsible for lost personal items. Technical failures do not\u00a0 automatically entitle guests to a refund unless otherwise indicated.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The BmyT is not liable for failures or cancellations due to causes beyond its\u00a0 reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, governmental acts).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
